The extra one percent is the mile that we are willing to go, to make the journey worthy of its destination. We were founded with the aim of providing quality and innovative services in today’s era of commercialized education. We have been at the forefront of basic learning from day one, so as to make sure that the basic fundamentals of our students are strong. We motivate our students to excel in terms of thought, ideology and performance. To achieve this, my team and I work with structured determination and selfless dedication. Our institute has evolved to reach and hold a unique position of pride amongst all its peers. With such an objective we shall continue achieving the heights of success.

Why Us?

As civil services examination is known as one of the toughest exams in the world, there is no magical formula for success in it. Training students for civil service examination from last 5 years, we can say from our experience that success in UPSC examination primarily depends upon your own hard work, perseverance, calibre, attitude. Rest everything such as books, materials, website, coaching class, guidance etc. contribute just 25%. Thus, many students who have ability to crack this exam are misguided and couldn’t perform to their full potential and are ultimately miss the exams by just few marks year after year or miss the chances. To expose students to right knowledge in systematic manner, we have started this endeavour of RAY's IAS. Our courses are designed according to latest trend of examination, so we prepare you according to demand of exam.We have best, enthusiastic and dedicated faculties with vast experience. Personal attention, counselling, mentoring and motivating is the simultaneous process along with Preparation. We conduct weekly test (MCQ + Answer Writing) and assignments to evaluate student’s progress, which increases their probability of getting into civil services. We also have Fee concession for serious and deserving students and also have good provisions for financial weaker section aspirants.
